Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Please read carefully before commissioning. By requesting a commission, you agree to the terms below.

GENERAL RULES

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• Commissions are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Position in the queue is based on confirmed payment, not message order.
• Clear references and detailed descriptions are required. References may be provided as written descriptions and/or image references.
• Any detail without a clear reference may be interpreted freely or omitted at the artist’s discretion.
• Artwork will be drawn in the artist’s personal art style. Style imitation of other artists is not guaranteed.
• The client confirms they own or are authorized to use all provided characters, references, and materials.
• The commissioned artwork may not be used for generative AI, AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes.
• Proper credit must be given when posting my work online.
• The client may not remove, trace, or alter the artist’s signature from the artwork.

PAYMENT

• Payment method: PayPal Invoice (USD)
• Clients must not send payment before the artist issues an invoice or formally requests payment.
• Work will not begin until the required payment is received.
• For commissions above $100, a 50% down payment is allowed. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.
• Payment plans must be discussed and approved in advance before work begins.
• Once work has begun or payment has been made, the client acknowledges that all deliverables are digital and that there are no physical goods to be shipped.
• No refunds once work has started, except if I fail to send a sketch within 2 weeks or if I cancel the commission.
• Additional characters are charged at full price.
• Background prices depend on complexity and will be quoted before payment.
• Returning clients receive a 10% discount.

COMMERCIAL USE

• Streaming, content creation, ads, and promotions: +30% of the final price.
• Digital merchandise and products: +200% (3× total price).
• Commercial use must be discussed before payment.

TURNAROUND TIME

• Simple illustrations: 1–3 weeks
• Large or complex illustrations: 1–3 months
• I do not accept rush commissions.

REVISIONS

• Up to 3 free revisions during the sketch phase.
• Additional revisions may require extra fees.
• Revisions after rendering may be limited or declined.
• Final revision requests must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
• The client must provide feedback during revision stages. If no feedback is given earlier, the artist is not responsible for dissatisfaction with the final result.

KILL FEE

• If a commission is cancelled after work has started, all payments made are non-refundable.
• Extended lack of client response may result in cancellation under this policy.
• If a commission is cancelled before work begins, the client may receive a full refund.

COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Send a DM with details and references (Preferred Contact Platform ).
2. We discuss price, scope, and deadline.
3. Thumbnail sketches are sent for approval.
4. Payment is required before proceeding to final artwork.
5. Progress updates will be sent (watermarked).
6. Final PNG will be delivered via Telegram or Email.
7. Working files (PSD / Clip Studio Paint) are available upon request before payment.
8. If there is no response for 14 days, the commission will be considered abandoned and non-refundable.

RIGHTS & USAGE

• The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial licensing is purchased.
• The artist retains full ownership and rights to the artwork.
• The artist may display commissioned work in portfolios and on social media.
• Unauthorized commercial use will result in revocation of usage rights.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These terms are non-negotiable.
